TBI balancing procedure:

1. Grind collar weld off linkage set screw and back off until front tbi throttle plate no longer has any play within throttle bore.
2. Short ALDL
3. Turn ignition on, motor is OFF
4. Pull harness connectors on IAC motors
5. Turn off ignition
6. Un-short ALDL
7. Start Motor
8. Set Minimum AIR on Rear TBI
9. Set Minimum AIR on Front TBI
10. Make certain Front and rear are now pulling same vacuum.
11. Turn linkage set screw until desired idle is achieved. Put on Locktite.
12. Shutoff motor
13. Reconnect IAC harness
14. Start motor.
15. Drive car to 40mph
16. Burn rubber
