Changed ECM switch - VATS enable to OFF
Changed ECM constant - EGR on from 0 to 255 (disables EGR - makes tuning easier)
Changed ECM constant - TCC lock, Lo gears from 30 to 36 MPH
Changed ECM constant - TCC unlock, Lo gears from 28 to 34 MPH
Changed ECM constant - TCC lock, Hi gears from 28 to 40 MPH
Changed ECM constant - TCC unlock, Hi gears from 26 to 38 MPH
Changed ECM constant - Max MPH to kill fuel from 106 MPH to 255 MPH
Changed MPH to restore fuel from 104 to 250
